Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Email support@solemorn.com with your order number, we send return instructions, and once the return arrives your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Item in its original condition, with cable and guide if possible. Within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Bought on this site (orders from other retailers follow their policy).

We do, if the item arrived damaged or defective: send a photo and we cover the return or ship a replacement at our cost. For change of mind, you cover return shipping and we handle the refund.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank usually posts it in another 3-5 business days.

The Winter Mornings Duo can be returned as a pair within the same 30-day window. You can also keep the clock and return just the lamp, and we refund the difference.
