Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay: $69 for the Solemorn Sunrise Alarm Clock, $99 for the Winter Mornings Duo.

Orders are packed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery takes 7-12 days to most US addresses. Alaska and Hawaii can add a few days. We would rather quote the real window than a fast-sounding one.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not moved for 5 days, email support@solemorn.com with your order number and we chase it.

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement at our cost. If it never arrives, we refund or replace it: your choice.
